GoldBet KYC Verification Process
GoldBet runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you. The platform asks for documents when you reach certain account or payment triggers, or when an internal risk flag appears.
- Identity (ID/Passport): GoldBet requests a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The document must be in date, show your full name and date of birth, and match the details on your GoldBet profile. GoldBet rejects cropped images, screenshots, and photos with glare that hides the MRZ or document number.
- Address proof: GoldBet accepts a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter that shows your full name and residential address. The document must be dated within the last 90 days. GoldBet does not accept PO box addresses and rejects documents where the address is cut off or edited.
- Payment method: When you use a bank card, GoldBet may ask for a photo of the card. You cover the middle digits and the CVV, while leaving the first 6 and last 4 digits visible, plus your name and expiry date if printed. For e-wallets, GoldBet asks for a screenshot or PDF from the wallet account page showing your name and the wallet email/ID, plus a visible transaction linked to GoldBet.
GoldBet typically starts KYC before the first withdrawal, after a large deposit or payout, after changes to profile details (name, email, phone), after failed card checks, or when the system detects unusual account activity. Some accounts complete checks at sign-up if the casino needs age confirmation.
Upload happens inside the account area under verification. GoldBet asks for full-page images, in colour, with all four corners visible, and the same personal details across all documents.
Timing depends on document quality and queue. A clean submission clears in 1–24 hours; manual review takes 1–3 business days; mismatches or re-uploads push it to 5 business days. Withdrawals stay on hold until the check is marked complete.
Current state: GoldBet uses a standard three-part KYC flow (ID, address,
